Founder: Sarah Lockhart-Martin
During my time running my personal training business, I founded Ladies at 11 as I felt there was something missing from other networking groups I had visited.

I wanted to create an environment which provided structured focussed meetings but which was also supportive and non threatening. There is no lunch or breakfast to get in the way of the productivity of the meetings. The two hours of the meeting are spent ensuring that everyone present walks away having added value to their business, whether that’s through a referral, a new business contact, a piece of business advice or having learnt something new.
My vision is to create an environment where we can establish relationships, build trust amongst one another, respect our contemporaries, build up friendships, develop ourselves personally and as a result drive our businesses forwards.
To me this all epitomises how business should be done. When combined with discovering passion for our work, establishing our niches, supporting out peers, and remembering that the more you give, help, support, your efforts will be rewarded with a thriving business.

Area Manager: Issy Wiggins
Having worked independently for the past 10 years on start up businesses my skills are wide ranging due to my love of challenges and learning of all things new.
Recently launched a new start up business;Wheres your website, which is an internet marketing and web design company. This allows me to meet and work with people outside the travel industry and help develop their busines on line through social media, SEO and enhancing their image and presence on line.
I joined Ladies at Eleven as I wanted a regular networking group that I could build relationships and business partners. Ladies at eleven gives you that opportunity and I found the format so good, I decided to start my own group in Reading in October 2011 and now oversee the Marlow, Sunningdale and soon to be launched new group in Reading.
