Question: What is Ladies at 11?

Answer:

Ladies at 11 is a networking company for Women who are Serious about growing their business.
We are a dynamic group of business women who meet on a monthly basis to extend out networks, exchange business and to grow our businesses. When you experience good service or buy a good product you tell your friends and spread the word, this is networking in its simplest form. And business networking is very similar, if you like something you talk about it, you spread the word.
Over 80% of business is passed through word of mouth which is why networking is critical for any business.

Question: What time do we meet?

Answer:

It may be no surprise that we meet at 11am through to 1pm.

Question: How do the meetings run?

Answer:

At Ladies at 11 we mean business, we meet at 11am promptly, we network, we have structured focused meetings, we pass business, recommendations and contacts.
We build strategic alliances across a range of industries; we develop working relationships and importantly friendship and support. We are a dynamic and energetic group of women all striving for success.

Question: What’s the meeting format?

Answer:

11.00 Meeting Commences
11.05-11.20 Welcome & Open Networking
11.20-12.30 Meeting including:
• 40 seconds elevator pitch
• Member presentation (this is one of the advantages of becoming a member, you have the opportunity to present your business to the group or it maybe you want some help from the group with branding or a particular business problem)
One to ones
• Connections / business to be passed / testimonials / action points (please bring business card folders)
• Meeting Close

12.45-13.00 Networking / Meetings booked. A great way to get to know your group is by booking 1-2-1s; taking time over a coffee to really get to know one another and learn how you can help each other.

Question: How much does a meeting cost?

Answer:

For non-members the cost is £12.50-£20 (depending on the location) which includes refreshments.
For members visiting other groups apart form their \’home\’ group the cost is £12.50 – £20 (depending on the location).

Question: How many times can I visit a group?

Answer:

You can visit a group twice before deciding if you’d like to join the Ladies at 11 team.
We operate this policy to gain commitment from our members ensuring they build strong respected
relationships with their fellow members.

Question: How much is membership?

Answer:

Your investment is a one off registration fee of £75 (or £62.50 if you sign up on the day of your first visit) then either monthly payments of
£22.90 for one \’home\’ group meeting a month or
£29.90 for one \’home\’ group meeting a month plus access to ALL meetings after your 2nd visit (you can only visit twice)

What does my membership include?
• An inspirational meeting once a month to meet fellow women in business, to share knowledge / learn from each other, to build solid relationships and ultimately grow our businesses.
• Access to our online site- Increase your online presence; drive more traffic to your website and network on line, by creating your own Ladies at 11 profile, uploading your photo and having articles posted on the front page of our website.
• £50 off membership to The Surrey Chambers, 25% off at Champneys Day Spa, one extra month at the B.Hive in London

Question: Do you restrict one trade / industry per group?

Answer:

We are unique as we reflect the world we live in. How many clothes shops do you see if you visit a high street? The answer is more than one.
Ladies at 11 does not limit any one trade or industry to our meetings, we recognise that people buy from people and that freedom of choice is important. We are all attracted to different people for different reasons; we all have different USPs to offer. We strongly believe that there is enough business for everyone. It’s often the case that Ladies from a similar / same background collaborate and even work together on projects. The sharing of knowledge and experience is encouraged at Ladies at 11, we facilitate an environment in which this can be done and will help us all on our way to becoming successful business owners.

Question: Where are the groups located?

Answer:

We operate in Surrey, Kent and London but are looking for Ladies to open up new groups nationwide.
Our vision is to have groups running nationally as well as internationally.

Question: What type of Women attend the meetings?

Answer:

We attract Ladies from a variety of backgrounds; those who are brand new to business, corporate refuges – women who have left the corporate world to pursue a business of their own, ladies who have had a career break maybe to have a family and are now setting up in business through to ladies who run established businesses.

We also attract women from larger organisations who come as a female representative. We find that the support, business contacts and knowledge we provide benefits them in the same way it does for all our members.

We welcome all women who are passionate and serious about the work they do.

Question: How does Ladies at 11 differ from other networking groups?

Answer:

• Ladies at 11 does not limit any one trade or industry to our meetings, we recognise that people buy from people and that choice is important. We are all attracted to different people for different reasons. We strongly believe that there is enough business for everyone.
• We don’t have additional breakfast / lunch costs, from experience we’ve found that this can often detract from the focus of the meeting. For the amount you’d pay a month for lunches with Ladies at 11 you could network up to 4xs more in a month.
• We are not a franchise but are run by Ladies who have a genuine passion for helping others to be a success in business as well as grow their own.
• We have a diverse range of member s that possess a wealth of knowledge to share and educate fellow Ladies at 11 members.

At Ladies at 11 we are constantly striving to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our members. W e are passionate that each and every one of our members views their Ladies at 11 meetings as an invaluable part of their monthly marketing strategy. We welcome Women who are just starting out in business (as we’ve all been there) as well as those who are more established.
